mmm....no.

So even me, the girl that wanted to quit playing sports in high school because I thought that I would have to get a fuuulll physical to play, forgot all modesty during/after having the baby in the hospital. If I was feeding the baby and someone walked in I didn't cover up (there was one time where a very young boy came to draw my blood and I made an exception).
But this is the deal on Babysteals.com today:

And this is the description: Does your baby hate to be covered in a blanket or cover while nursing but you still want to feed publicly and be covered? Do you prefer to wear your own wardrobe instead of expensive nursing tops? BabyBond Couture is the answer! It offers privacy while breastfeeding, without isolating baby from the infinite opportunity to interact and communicate. Designed by a Mom/Speech-Language Pathologist, BabyBond Nursing covers allow mom to fully engage her baby while feeding publicly!

There is no way you can use this thing one time publicly without flashing SOMEONE your umm...flower. Even while the baby is eating...how do you cover up? It just doesn't make sense to me. I am all about feeding your baby wherever as long as nobody sees it.
Man I'm having the weirdest blog posts lately.

O wow. Glad I haven't seen this anywhere! I agree that as long as I have my cover Ill go anywhere :) I got this one at the Oh Sweet Sadie boutique a few months ago...its like a poncho cause it goes all the way around, and then the main part is black and the fabric is...well, like a swimsuit (that's what Zach called it when he felt it). It has a cute border too...so I know I am covered from the front and back! Someone said they used it all the time during church cause you can't even tell what is going on...except there are like two babies total in 4th ward so everyone watches our kids for the whole meeting, so I dont think Ill use it then :) Plus, who doesn't love escaping to the mothers lounge?? I only miss my old ward with lots of babies...the mothers lounge was the party place during sunday school! And I know what you mean about not caring after having a baby...my mom was there last time, and this time my mom AND Johns mom were there...there is just no modesty left!

Well any of the cover ups don't work for me cause of my huge boobies... not kidding, nothing worked... so I just didn't care at all. If you didn't want to see my boob, you could leave the room, cause I wasn't going anywhere. I only made an exception for my sister's boyfriend... but I didn't care if my brothers or my dad was there.... they are no longer boobs... they are your babies chew toy play thing. HAHAHA

Carly, Lauren and I absolutely LOVE that photo of baby Kai! Adorable!!!

We are so sad we have not been able to see you yet. I have been sick but I'm all better however the Ward has a fireside tonight. Lauren said she would rather come see you and do we really have to support the Bishop just 'cos he's our father - ha.
Love you all!

So I am just showing Deighton and Ammon your beautiful baby and they cannot stop cracking up because Kai is in 'the raw'. I was explaining to them that he is just a tiny baby...and it is okay. And they asked in great disbelief "you mean babies are born naked?" and when I said "yes, of course they are. Even you boys were naked when you were first born" they bust up laughing so hard and loud. I am just sitting here roling my eyes back at what a silly sense of humor they have!

I agree that thing is just weird! I think it is funny that they said it can be worn as a sash. Why in the world would you want to use that bulky thing. I like the covers much better!

That is a super cute blanket Kai is on!!!! That picture of him is adorable too! P.S That nursing thing looks more of a pain then just putting a blanket over your shoulder... ? Right I mean I could be mistaking but come on...
