So I'm sure you know that I've been feeling the baby these last few days for the first time. (after talking about it so much on Facebook) But I have a way to explain what it feels like other than what people told me. Butterflies in your tummy was one, popcorn popping, a fish swimming around...
But have you ever been tickling your own stomach and you get to that super ticklish area, and your muscle kind of twitches out of your control? Its like that, but a bunch of muscles in one little area. I feel little pokes all day but I swear every once in a while that little thing is doing somersaults.
It's been the most exciting thing so far.

You are so cute! I need to see your pregnant self. It's funny to try and explain feeling your baby huh? It is the coolest thing ever... and it doesn't ever get old. Even when you're so hot and want to die and ready to pop... every time they move you love it. I do miss that about being pregnant. And Josh's face will be so great in a few more weeks when he can feel it too!!! :)
one little kick can turn a frown upside down.
i'm jealous, i totally miss the little kicks. and it says alot out the personality of the little one, i think. korver was constantly kicking .. when i ate, when i talked, when a familiar voice was around. [my sisters could really get him going] and now, when he sees food, he kicks uncontrollably, when he sees coke, he kicks and reaches for the glass. he knows exactly what to do with it... and my sister, he lights up.
i am so excited for you and can't wait to find out what you're having!!
Love those first feelings. It is such a great experience.
She's right it never does get old. I was just baffled when Lee didn't want to feel it kick every single time, because it is so cool!
